If your puppy is sold for companion only to you agree to spay or neuter your akita by the time it is a year old.
If your puppy was sold with full rights {breeding } do you agree to wait till she is 1.5 yr old at least to breed her for first time.
We give a 2 yr unconditional health guarantee.We reserve the right to have a vet examine the puppy after a health claim has been issued.
We will replace the pup with next available litter,of puppy owners choosing.
We require puppy to see a vet of your choosing within 21 days of taking the puppy home.
A deposit on puppy is non refundable,if something happens to the puppy you put a deposit on , we will replace the puppy as soon as one comes
ready.
You can only breed the akita only if you have our permission.
If you violate any condition of this agreement , we will consider this contract null and void.
You must make sure that your akita is properly cared for a vet, and kept in suitable living conditions.
You must maintain a safe and stable living environment at all times.
You are not allowed to sale akita,without giving first refusal.
You are not allowed to take the akita to an animal shelter or pound.
